Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DoReset ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our iOS mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

DoReset is a personalized science-based iOS mobile application that provides a 90-day transformation program. The App offers features including daily tasks, progress tracking, personalized recommendations, and wellness tools to help users achieve their personal development goals.

2. License and Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are managed through the App Store.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with advance notice. Changes will apply to subsequent subscription periods.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Free trials are available once per user.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly process refunds. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are granted at Apple's sole discretion.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you create or provide through the App, including progress data, notes, and personal information. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services. You are responsible for backing up your data.

8. Health and Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App is designed for general wellness and personal development purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new wellness program
  • Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from the App
  • If you experience any adverse health effects, stop using the App and consult a healthcare provider
  • We are not liable for any health-related decisions you make based on the App's content

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and software, are the property of DoReset or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple HealthKit). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or functionality of third-party services.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the App

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for data loss, device damage, or other technical issues

15. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations before pursuing legal action.

17. Apple App Store Requirements

These Terms are between you and DoReset only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DoReset regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
